With a background in communication, Ifeoma collaborates with businesses and organizations to develop successful communication strategies, and follow industry trends in assessing the impacts of communication plans. She helps organizations generate new techniques to make business communication more effective.
With her business and leadership background, Ifeoma is devoted to empowering and helping women discover their potentials, and turn their passions into profitable business ventures. She loves to inspire and engage the youths in her community and around the globe.
Ifeoma has won several awards for her leadership and vision in her community including The Most Inspiring Immigrant in the Maritimes Award, Global News Community Star Award, Halifax Regional Municipality Volunteer Award, etc. She also received recognition at the Nova Scotia Legislative House twice in a row. Ifeoma has been featured in mainstream media including CTV News Atlantic, CBC, and Global News Atlantic. She counsels international students from across two universities in Halifax and has spoken on different platforms including Dalhousie University, Halifax Public Library, Women networks, and International Women’s Day.
She is also the Founder, Little Learners Social Association; the Creator, Inspire by Tales, and Rise and Lead Girls’ Forum. She amplifies the voices of ordinary women and girls and provides a platform for them to Rise and Lead.
